Operational Buyer 100% (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You manage orders from requirements determination to complete goods receipt.
Inventory monitoring and ensuring timely deliveries are part of your daily business.
You review order proposals and adjust them to actual demand.
For import deliveries, you coordinate container transports and check related customs and supplier invoices.
You handle deviations in goods quality or delivery scope directly with the responsible contacts.
You maintain article, supplier, and purchasing data in the ERP system and check their accuracy.
You analyse market prices, delivery conditions, and procurement risks as a basis for purchasing decisions.
You collaborate with internal departments on projects related to sustainability, product regulations, and process improvements.
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education or a comparable qualification.
Further training in purchasing, for example with a federal certificate, is an advantage.
You bring several years of experience in operational purchasing.
You are familiar with inventory, supply chains, and material availability.
Experience with international goods deliveries and container business is welcome.
You work confidently with ERP systems and Excel.
You are characterised by cost awareness, negotiation skills, and a structured way of working.
You communicate well orally and in writing in German and English.
