We are looking for you as of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement as an
Auditor / Auditor for Legal Entities 70 - 100%
Exciting tasks await:
- Independent processing and assessment of a
portfolio of companies - Conducting external domicile audits (around 10-20% fieldwork)
- Providing oral and written information, especially in restructuring cases
- Preparing inter-cantonal tax allocations
- Drafting objection decisions and statements for the tax courts
What you bring:
- Advanced professional diploma in finance/controlling/auditing or taxation (diploma as expert in accounting and controlling, auditor, tax expert or fiduciary expert), university of applied sciences or university degree advantageous
- Specialist in finance and accounting with federal professional certificate, fiduciary with federal professional certificate, degree as Bachelor in Business Administration
- Several years of solid professional experience in accounting, fiduciary or tax sector
- Independent, customer- and solution-oriented working style
- Assertiveness and negotiation skills
- Good oral and written communication skills

Your working environment
The Cantonal Tax Office (KStA) is responsible for the enforcement of cantonal and federal tax laws. The municipalities assess and collect taxes from natural persons; the KStA performs the supervisory function in this regard. All other types of taxes are assessed and collected by the KStA itself. Furthermore, the KStA prepares the basis for financial planning and tax policy on behalf of the government council. Our approximately 710,000 inhabitants and the 196 municipal administrations expect qualified services from us every day.
