The acute ward B1 is part of basic psychiatric care and treats people with acute mental illnesses. The focus is on individual, recovery-oriented, holistic treatment and care, as well as forward-looking discharge planning. In our interprofessional team, we work according to the key worker system and accompany our patients on their path to stabilisation.

Your Tasks
- Assuming delegated leadership tasks as well as deputising for the ward manager during their absence
- Close collaboration with the nursing specialist and active participation in the interdisciplinary treatment team
- Quality assurance and development of nursing services and offerings
- Integrated, modern nursing and care of patients within the framework of the key worker system
- Co-development in recovery-oriented treatment and support of patients and relatives
- Co-responsible for the training of apprentices and students on the ward
Your Profile
- Recognised professional training in nursing HF/FH (recognition certificate from the Swiss Red Cross for foreign diplomas)
- Several years of professional experience with adults in the psychiatric acute sector
- Strong professional, social and personal skills and high resilience
- Willingness to take responsibility and decisiveness
- High motivation, flexibility and the ability to engage in a dynamic and exciting working environment
