The Centre for Specialised Psychotherapy and Psychosomatics (ZPP) is part of the Clinic for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy of the PDAG (Clinic Director Prof. Dr med Marc Walter). It consolidates the inpatient treatment services specifically oriented towards psychotherapy for people with complex trauma sequelae disorders, chronic depression, personality disorders, as well as problems managing acute life crises independently or with outpatient services. The offer also includes the special consultation for pregnancy and breastfeeding. The ZPP is led by Dr med Nina Schweinfurth-Keck, Chief Physician, Dr phil Armin Blickenstorfer, Chief Psychologist, and Andrea Jaggi, Head of Nursing and Specialist Therapies, and comprises three wards including a ward for supplementary insured patients as well as an outpatient clinic. Part of the centre is also a training institute. It offers a modular certified curriculum with training in scientifically based psychotrauma therapy within the framework of the Königsfelder Seminars. For doctors, the centre is an SIWF-recognised training centre for psychiatry and psychotherapy Category A inpatient (3 years).
Profile
- FMH specialist training (equivalent) in psychiatry and psychotherapy
- Preferably knowledge in the treatment of people with trauma sequelae disorders (EMDR, IRRT, NET, among others), personality disorders (DBT, TFP, Mentalisation-Based Therapy (MBT), among others), chronic depression (CBASP).
- Native German speaker or possession of a language certificate level C1
- Initiative, flexibility and good communication skills as well as a skilful handling of psychological stress
- Experience in outpatient psychotherapeutic treatment
- Enjoyment of psychotherapeutic work
- Confident use of common office applications and knowledge of billing according to TARMED
Tasks
- Taking over independent assessments and treatments of adult people with psychiatric illnesses, with the treatment focus on trauma sequelae disorders, personality disorders and chronic depression
- Psychiatric support for the specialist psychologists working in the practice (prescription model)
- Close cooperation with colleagues in the outpatient clinic as well as cross-site with the Psychiatric Clinic Königsfelden including the outpatient clinics, partner institutions and resident colleagues in the region
- Participation in on-call duties within the framework of the PDAG duty concept (approx. 6 weekend days per year at 100% workload)
