Introduction

RIVE DROITE IMMOBILIER SARL, a real estate agency active in Geneva and the nearby Vaud lakeside for 20 years, is seeking for a fixed term of six weeks, from 1 November to 15 December 2026, a Property Manager to join its team as a health-related replacement. Rive Droite Immobilier is a "boutique real estate" agency specialising in property management and brokerage, mainly in the canton of Geneva and the nearby Vaud lakeside.

Responsibilities

• Administrative and technical management of a portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
• Maintaining relationships with owners, tenants and service providers.
• Organising and supervising maintenance and renovation work.
• Managing move-in and move-out inspections.
• Handling complaints and resolving disputes.
• Ensuring compliance with current regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property management in Switzerland, ideally in the Geneva or Vaud region.
• Good knowledge of Swiss real estate laws and regulations.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in common IT tools (MS Office, property management software QUORUM).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Team spirit, autonomy and sense of responsibility.

The candidate must have their own vehicle.
