Role:
In this role, you take on IT support for users and ensure that systems, applications, and devices run stably and reliably. You analyse faults, handle support requests efficiently, and find pragmatic solutions to minimise interruptions in the working day. You are also responsible for the maintenance and development of digital processes, identify optimisation potentials, and accompany their implementation. You work closely with various stakeholders, translate technical requirements into technical solutions, and ensure clear documentation. Through your structured approach and strong service orientation, you contribute significantly to continuously improving the digital working environment.
Responsibilities:
- You support our employees with your IT expertise in first-level support.
- In this role, you show our employees how to use the SORBA construction software and other IT tools efficiently.
- You act as a link between our company and the central IT department of Marti Holding.
- As an IT specialist for support and digital processes, you provide suitable IT equipment and manage a small IT stock for daily needs.
- You organise IT setup on our construction sites and assist with on-site installation.
- In this role, you are deployed at our locations in Solothurn, Bellach, and directly on the construction sites.
Qualifications:
- You have completed training as an IT specialist or have several years of professional experience in the IT environment.
- You work confidently with Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, or Planner.
- You have in-depth experience in user and permission management and gladly take responsibility here.
- Ideally, you are familiar with the administration of MS Teams telephony, data maintenance, requirements gathering, and testing.
- You convince with analytical and conceptual strength as well as a pragmatic, goal-oriented, and structured working style.
- Native-level German language skills and a category B driving licence complete your profile.
