The Children’s Hospital Central Switzerland of the Lucerne Cantonal Hospital (LUKS) is one of the largest children’s hospitals in Switzerland and provides care for the entire Central Switzerland region at the highest level. Your area of responsibility

- Your tasks are responsible and exciting: care and treatment of infants, children and adolescents with neuropaediatric issues on an outpatient and inpatient basis. Active participation in shaping and further developing the neuropaediatric team under innovative leadership. Close interdisciplinary collaboration with adult neurology, paediatric neuro-orthopaedics, neurosurgery, neuroradiology and other paediatric specialities. Consultative work within the children’s hospital
- Teaching and further education are close to our hearts: You will be involved as a lecturer in the Joint Medical Master (paediatrics module) and actively contribute to the development and motivation of the next generation of doctors
Your experience
- Your profile is professionally strong, personally convincing: Specialist title in paediatrics and adolescent medicine as well as further training with a focus on neuropaediatrics or equivalent qualification
- Ideally EEG certificate and experience in a central hospital or university clinic
- Interest in clinical research or university teaching is welcome
- Structured, reliable and goal-oriented working style with a strong sense of responsibility. In addition, enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration, high social competence and empathetic, clear communication
