For one of our clients active in the construction sector in Valais, we are looking for a

Purchasing Assistant 50-60% Permanent Contract (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Participate
  in the management of material and goods purchasing
• Calculate
  and optimise truck loading volumes
• Ensure
  follow-up of supplier orders, including international ones
• Coordinate
  supply flows and deliveries
• Control
  stock entries and ensure data accuracy
• Work
  closely with sales teams in a purchase-sale logic
• Provide
  administrative support to management and various departments
  as needed

Profile

• Federal VET Diploma
  in commercial employee or equivalent training
• Experience
  in purchasing, supply or administration is an asset
• Knowledge
  of the construction field or strong interest in construction materials
• Comfortable
  with numbers and logistical organisation
• Lively,
  curious, versatile and committed personality
• Team
  spirit and ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
• Good
  command of common IT tools
