What is my role?

• Scheduling the fleet and ensuring delivery deadlines are met

• Managing the drivers

• Assisting with vehicle evaluation

• Administrative tasks related to the fleet

• Scheduling with the X4Fleet dispatch tool

What do I need to be successful?

• Experience as a dispatcher, driving licence an advantage

• Confident use of Office programmes and ERP systems

• Professional experience as a C/CE driver, construction site experience an advantage

• Technical understanding and manual skills

• Motivated and reliable

• Flexible and independent working style

• Good German language skills

• Residence in the Winterthur area an advantage

• Independent planning and good communication skills

• Willingness to take responsibility

• Strong social competence

• Keeping a cool head even in hectic situations
