Your Tasks

• You support us in the daily routine on our closed geriatric and neuropsychiatric acute ward and can specifically contribute your expertise and experience
• You assist in implementing our ward concept and continuously develop it with us
• Together with the interprofessional treatment team, you contribute to stabilising the patients and thus to a better quality of life
• You support our interprofessional treatment team in nursing and in implementing therapeutic measures
• You care for and support the patients in a person-centred manner and accompany them in their life and daily activities
• You take on tasks in administration, logistics and medical technology
• If suitable and interested, there is the possibility to take on the additional role in vocational training

Your Profile

• You are a qualified Health Specialist with a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (EFZ)
• You are interested in psychiatry and ideally have relevant professional experience
• You enjoy multiprofessional collaboration in a dynamic environment
• You treat people with respect, are reflective and resilient, and act in a goal- and patient-oriented manner
