In this role, you are responsible for the professional assembly and electrical equipment of customer-specific industrial plants in the field of surface technology. You carry out wiring, test control systems, and support the commissioning of modern coating systems in close cooperation with engineering and assembly. With your technical know-how, you actively contribute to optimising existing processes and implementing reliable plant solutions for international customers.
Responsibilities:
Professional wiring and electrical assembly of customer-specific new plants in an industrial environment
Assembly and cabling of control cabinets according to electrical diagrams, specifications, and applicable standards
Implementation of electrical installations within complex automation and coating systems
Collaboration with the departments of engineering, assembly, and commissioning during various project phases
Independent analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of technical faults and challenges
Support during tests, inspections, and commissioning of systems at the customer site
Control and assurance of high-quality execution of electrical work
Participation in the further development of assembly processes, technical solutions, and internal procedures
Documentation of work and support in technical optimisations
Qualifications:
Completed basic electrical training as an automation technician, electrical assembler, or comparable qualification
Several years of practical experience in industrial plant construction or control system construction
Confident handling of electrical diagrams, wiring plans, and technical documentation
Good user knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience with SAP systems
Technical understanding of automation systems and electrical control systems
Independent, structured, and quality-conscious working style
High sense of responsibility, reliability, and resilience in a project environment
Team-oriented personality with good communication skills
Flexibility and willingness to actively contribute to technical improvements
Fluent German language skills
