As a key member of our project management team, you will lead and oversee complex process engineering projects — ensuring smooth execution from design to delivery.
You will:
- Take ownership of multiple process projects across all phases (Design, Manufacturing, FAT, SAT)
- Develop detailed process documentation (P&ID, Functional Specifications)
- Define project timelines and track key deliverables
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost efficiency
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration internally
Your profile
- Degree in Engineering (process, mechanical, or equivalent)
- Proven experience in process engineering or project management, ideally in a similar environment
- Fluent in English; German is a strong asset
- Proactive, dynamic, and adaptable personality with strong initiative
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, able to perform under pressure
- Strong communication skills and a genuine team player mindset
