Customer Service Advisor Internal Sales (m/f) 50-80%

• Receiving and processing telephone and administrative enquiries
• Recording and tracking orders and complaints
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Handling complaints
• Various administrative tasks

You bring with you:

• Commercial basic training
• Professional experience in customer service or internal sales
• Native German speaker, good spoken French skills
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
