Community Health and Care Assistant (M/F) / Long-term assignments

What we offer:
-Start date: As soon as possible
-Contract type: Fixed-term contract with possibility of permanent contract afterwards
-Work rate: 80 to 100%
-Sector: Specialised home care / Respiratory health
-Work locations: 1 position in the Riviera-Chablais area / 1 position in Lausanne and surroundings
-Hours: Day shifts, Monday to Friday, no on-call duty (07:30-17:30)
Profile sought:
-Recognised diploma as Community Health and Care Assistant or foreign diploma recognised by the Swiss Red Cross.
-Minimum 3 years professional experience, ideally in a hospital setting or home care.
-Federal certificate as Respiratory Disease Advisor: an advantage.
-Knowledge of the Vaud socio-health network: an advantage.
-Ease in communication with patients, their relatives and various health professionals.
-Skills in technical care and proficiency with IT tools.
-Team spirit, autonomy, organisational skills and adaptability.
-Fluency in English, Spanish or German is an asset.
-Residence preferably in the canton of Vaud.
-Driving licence and personal vehicle essential.
