Technical Buyer Plant Engineering 100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
You analyse the procurement needs of various departments and derive appropriate measures.
Tendering, offer comparisons and negotiations are part of your responsibilities.
You translate technical requirements into procurement documents together with specialists.
The selection and support of suitable suppliers is your responsibility.
You coordinate contracts taking into account technical and commercial requirements.
You maintain orders, deadlines, budgets and purchasing data in the ERP system.
You evaluate supplier performance and handle complaints and deviations.
You use key figures and cost analyses to improve procurement processes.
Qualifications:
Completed technical or commercial apprenticeship with further training in purchasing or equivalent degree.
At least five years of experience in strategic or operational purchasing.
Practical experience in the procurement of technical equipment or industrial operating resources.
Experience with tenders, contract management and commercial negotiations.
Knowledge of SAP or a comparable ERP system.
Interest in environmental technology, recycling, energy or comparable industrial sectors is an advantage.
Structured working method, negotiation skills and willingness to travel within Switzerland and Europe.
Very good German and good English skills; French skills are a plus.
