Tasks

• Independent support of your clients and candidates in the German-speaking part of Switzerland
• Placement of specialists and executives
• You place in the areas of commercial, finance, industry & technology - wherever you feel most comfortable
• Consulting companies and candidates on an equal footing
• Active market analysis and networking

Profile

• Experience in permanent placement (recruiting or personnel consulting)
• Good knowledge of the Swiss labour market
• Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and a feel for people
• Independent, structured working style and high self-motivation
