Metal Construction Project Manager (M/F/D)

Do you have solid field experience and the makings of a leader? We are actively seeking a Metal Construction Project Manager to join a team of enthusiasts within a renowned company based in the Lausanne region.

Here, you don’t just follow instructions: you manage your projects from A to Z and are responsible for their success!

Your playground:

• Project management and monitoring: You take charge of projects from the preliminary phase to final acceptance (technical, scheduling, financial monitoring).

• Studies and design: You analyse files, read and interpret technical plans. You establish design details and perform the necessary sizing calculations.

• Technical and team support: You work closely with draftsmen and workshop teams to validate optimal technical solutions.

• Client and partner relations: As the key contact on site, you ensure the link between clients, engineers and management, while strictly ensuring compliance with safety standards.

• Education: You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a metal constructor, ideally complemented by a foreman’s certificate, a technician’s diploma or an engineering degree in metal construction.

• Experience: You have several years of proven experience in project management and team leadership in the metal construction sector in Switzerland.

• Skills: You master reading complex plans, current Swiss standards (SIA) and the use of CAD/calculation software.

• Personality: You are autonomous, rigorous, stress-resistant and have excellent communication skills.

• Mobility: A valid driving licence is essential.
