For the Enterprise Platforms division, Windows Platforms department in Zurich, we are immediately seeking a Microsoft Windows Server Engineer 100%. You will be responsible as a specialist for approximately 850 servers as well as the entire messaging environment (Exchange and Skype for Business) for operational management.
- Further development and maintenance of the basic infrastructure (Hyper-V, etc.)
- Ensuring robust operation of all platforms
- Operational tasks such as ticket processing and telephone enquiries
- On-call duty
- Several years of experience in operation and engineering of Microsoft server systems
- Very good knowledge of Windows Server 2012R2/2016 as well as in the Hyper-V environment
- Very good clustering experience in the Microsoft environment
- Very good PowerShell skills are required
- Structured, solution-oriented and independent working style
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills
- Knowledge in the area of Citrix Xen-Desktop is an advantage

Profile
- Solid IT education (federal certificate/diploma, higher technical college, university of applied sciences or a comparable qualification)- Several years of experience in operation and engineering of Microsoft server systems
