Customer Service Representative

Tasks:

• Handling customer enquiries in the leasing sector via telephone, e-mail or chat
• Support with questions and problem solving
• Maintenance and updating of customer data in the system
• You independently carry out contract amendments and prepare quotations as well as contracts.
• Together with our insurance partners, you implement process optimisations

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Excellent communication skills in German and good knowledge of French or Italian
• Friendly, service-oriented manner and high problem-solving ability
• Team player with a positive attitude
