About the job
We are looking for several Quality Facilitators (M/F) for a prestigious watchmaking manufacturer based in Geneva.
Within the production department, you will play a key role in monitoring and improving the quality of manufactured components. As a true on-site reference, you will support the teams to ensure compliance with quality requirements throughout the production process.
Quality Facilitator
Your main responsibilities:
- Ensure the application of quality standards within your scope.
- Support teams in the use of procedures and control methods.
- Identify quality deviations and ensure the transmission of information to the relevant contacts.
- Carry out regular checks as well as workstation audits to guarantee compliance with best practices.
- Participate in the validation of aesthetic criteria for watch components.
- Monitor and analyse quality indicators and propose corrective actions when necessary.
- Lead quality meetings and contribute to sharing best practices with the teams.
- Train and support colleagues on aspects related to quality control.
- Be proactive in continuous improvement initiatives.
Your profile:
- Significant experience in quality within an industrial environment.
- Additional training or quality certification appreciated.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in precision mechanics, micromechanics or watchmaking sectors.
- Good command of visual inspection and quality tools.
- Excellent knowledge of reading technical drawings.
- Comfortable with IT tools and data processing.
- Good interpersonal skills, team spirit and ability to unite colleagues around quality objectives.
- Rigour, analytical skills and ability to make decisions.
