Job Description

• You ensure the operation of the entire technical infrastructure.
• You maintain and repair production and packaging systems.
• You take on maintenance in the commercial refrigeration sector.
• You look after steam and compressed air systems.
• You ensure the operation of process water treatment.
• You carry out installation work in building services engineering.
• You analyse weaknesses and sustainably resolve faults.
• You consistently implement preventive maintenance.
• You work on improvements and investment projects.
• You perform repairs on cleaning machines.
• You work closely with production and engineering.

We expect

• Completed training as a mechanic, polymechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic, automotive mechatronics technician, or a related EFZ profession.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, ideally in food production.
• Good technical understanding of machines and supply systems.
• Welding skills are required.
• You work in a structured manner and solve problems independently.
• You take on on-call duty about eight times a year.
• During on-call duty, you can reach the company within 60 minutes.
• Willingness to work in shift operation (early, day, and night shifts).
• Weekends are generally free, except for on-call assignments.
• Shift allowances and statutory supplements are paid.
• Good German language skills, spoken and written.
• You are willing to develop professionally and acquire missing knowledge.
