We are looking for a Team Assistant to provide administrative and coordination support to Membership and Affiliates activities, including events, programmes, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring smooth operations during a peak period of 6 months.
Our client is an international company.
Missions
- Assist with routine administrative tasks: preparing documents, presentations, and maintaining templates.
- Support event coordination (e.g., mid-year meetings, information sessions).
- Help manage member data, track participation, and schedule meetings.
- Liaise with internal teams (Finance, HR, Communications) for logistics and documentation.
- Provide ad-hoc support for regional initiatives and meetings.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
Profil du candidat
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication in English (French is a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently.
- Customer-focused with good interpersonal skills.
