Airport Guide 60 - 80%

As an Airport Guide, you come into contact daily with passengers from all over the world. Working in shifts, you answer questions of all kinds, actively manage passenger flow in the Skymetro stations, and are responsible for the waiting areas in front of the security checks. Furthermore, you are responsible for access to the non-public area of the airport through boarding pass control.

Your job destination

• You are responsible with the team for organising and managing the queue at the security check, the passport control hall, and the Skymetro station
• You operate the boarding pass control for the non-public area of the airport
• You actively support our passengers by providing competent information and assistance with all kinds of questions
• You represent Zurich Airport and take on the role of host

Your skills in your luggage

• As a service- and customer-oriented personality, you are used to always appearing professional
• Even in hectic times, you ensure an efficient passenger flow
• Thanks to your good spoken language skills in German and English, you find it easy to get in touch with passengers
• Willingness to work shifts; work starts from 04:15 - work ends 22:45, Monday to Sunday
• You are familiar with the safe use of common PC applications
