Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for a motivated individual to strengthen the planning team of an established engineering, planning, and architectural company. The company supports demanding industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects from concept development to realisation and stands for innovative solutions, high quality standards, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Creation of project, execution, and detailed plans in building construction and industrial construction
Support of project managers and architects in all planning phases
Preparation of building permit, work, and detailed planning
Modelling and plan processing with CAD and BIM applications
Coordination of planning documents with specialist planners and external partners
Conducting measurements and technical clarifications
Maintenance and management of plan revisions and project documentation
Support with tenders and technical documents
Participation in demanding new construction, conversion, and renovation projects
Qualifications:
Training as a draughtsman/woman EFZ specialising in architecture
Experience in planning building construction, industrial or commercial projects is an advantage
Good knowledge of CAD programmes (e.g. ArchiCAD, AutoCAD or Revit)
Interest in BIM methods and digital planning processes
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
