Intern: Clinic for Gastroenterology and Hepatology, 80-100%
from February 2027 or by arrangement
Your main tasks
- Reception of patients including checking and updating master data
- Planning, coordination, recording and confirmation of gastroenterological and hepatological consultations and examinations
- Sending appointment invitations and necessary information material to patients
- Telephone and written contact with patients and medical practices
- General administrative tasks to support scheduling
Your profile
- Commercial knowledge
- Confident German in spoken and written form, good English skills, additional foreign language skills advantageous
- Confident use of MS Office programmes
- Quick comprehension
- Enjoyment in performing administrative tasks
- Willingness to step in where support is needed
- High social competence and ability to work in a team
