Our Rheumatology and Immunology department is expanding and is looking, for the 1st November 2026 or by agreement, for an empathetic and committed person to strengthen our motivated team as
Medical Assistant (CFC) or Community Health and Care Assistant (ASSC CFC) Rheumatology – Monday to Friday, 60 to 80%
Your tasks – our position
Practical activities
- Performing blood draws and coordinating sample shipments
- Administering s.c. and i.m. injections (vaccinations, medications) as well as instructing patients on the correct self-administration of s.c. medications
- Supporting doctors during ultrasound examinations, joint injections and skin biopsies
Administrative tasks
- Reception and care of patients, telephone management and appointment scheduling
- Managing patient records, sending prescriptions, certificates and letters
- Supporting doctors in maintaining the digital medical record and in reporting
- Organising consultations with the KISIM software
- Ordering and managing medical supplies and medications
Your skills – our expectations
- CFC as Medical Assistant or Community Health and Care Assistant (ASSC)
- Native German or French speaker, with very good oral knowledge of the other language
- Independent, structured and reliable working method, including in demanding situations
- Stress-resistant, conscientious and customer service-oriented person
- Open personality, enjoying teamwork and demonstrating flexibility
- Strong sense of service and pleasure in practising your profession
