- Contact person for SME clients, training users and advising on optimisation possibilities.
- Building and further developing Microsoft server landscapes both on-premise and in the cloud.
- Support in operations and knowledge transfer to junior engineers.
- At least 3 years of experience, ideally at an IT service provider
- Used to independently implementing IT projects
- Sound knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365
- Enjoyment of customer contact and team player mentality
- Fluent German skills (C2) as well as very good English skills (B2)
- In possession of a category B driving licence

Tasks
- Planning and implementation of innovative IT infrastructures with technologies such as Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune or Sophos.- Contact person for SME clients, training users and advising on optimisation possibilities.
- Building and further developing Microsoft server landscapes both on-premise and in the cloud.
- Support in operations and knowledge transfer to junior engineers.
Profile
- Completed training as an IT specialist (system technology/platform development)- At least 3 years of experience, ideally at an IT service provider
- Used to independently implementing IT projects
- Sound knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365
- Enjoyment of customer contact and team player mentality
- Fluent German skills (C2) as well as very good English skills (B2)
- In possession of a category B driving licence
