Our client, a human-scale company active in the watchmaking sector, is actively seeking an HR Manager at 80-100% to take charge of varied tasks and ensure the follow-up of employees.

Your tasks with your new employer

• You manage personnel administration throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from entry to exit
• You are responsible for payroll processing as well as monitoring social insurance files in case of absence
• You are the primary contact for employees and managers for any HR questions
• You ensure the follow-up of recruitments, from job advertisement to interviews
• You contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and participate in various HR projects

You offer your new employer

• You have proven experience in a similar role within human resources
• You are proficient in payroll processing in Switzerland
• You hold a commercial employee CFC, ideally complemented by an HR certificate
• You speak French fluently and have good knowledge of English
• You are comfortable with common IT tools and proficient in an HRIS
