About the job
The Waldheim Foundation offers people with intellectual, physical and psychological disabilities a variety of residential and day-structure places in six residential homes. More than 340 employees are committed to the high quality of life of around 200 clients.
From 1 August 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a:
Housekeeping Staff 50-60%
Your tasks:
- Independent cleaning of residential groups and public areas
- Active participation in all areas of Central Services (cleaning, laundry)
Your profile:
- Completed training as a housekeeper EFZ or many years of experience in housekeeping
- Good spoken German skills
- Helpful, considerate interaction with residents
- Independence, a high degree of flexibility and willingness to work weekends/public holidays
- Team spirit, sense of responsibility and humour
