IT Supporter (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF60,000 - 70,000Role:
In your role, you create practical IT instructions to improve processes
Your responsibilities include the administration of cloud services and optimisation of the IT landscape
Monitoring and support of IT systems and services are part of your duties
You are responsible for handling tickets and ensuring smooth support operations
Your tasks include efficient device management using modern tools such as Intune
You coordinate collaboration with external partners and ensure optimal results
Requirements:
You have completed training in computer science (EFZ) with practical experience as an IT supporter and in-depth knowledge of system administration
Proven expertise in Microsoft technologies and cloud services
Experienced in using Office applications as well as automation with PowerShell
Your German language skills are at a business fluent level
