Head of After Sales 100% (m/f/d) Your responsibilities with us > You lead the workshop and customer service, ensuring efficient processes, optimal personnel and capacity planning, as well as a high workshop utilisation. > You lead and develop your employees both professionally and personally, creating clear framework conditions for successful collaboration. > You ensure a high level of service and work quality, thereby strengthening customer satisfaction and loyalty. > You control relevant key figures and targets, derive measures and contribute to achieving the company’s objectives. > You continuously optimise processes and ensure compliance with manufacturer and quality standards. > You work closely with internal interfaces and external partners and represent After Sales professionally externally.
