Administrative Assistant Cantonal Programme VD (m/f/n), 60%
InnoPark is launching a new cantonal programme in Lausanne to support the professional reintegration of executives. We are seeking a meticulous administrative assistant, comfortable with digital tools and able to quickly adapt to a changing environment. Your organisational skills and digital agility will be essential assets on a daily basis.
Your mission:
- Ensure the smooth administrative operation of the InnoPark cantonal programme on a daily basis
- Be the reliable interface between coaches, participants and external partners
- Support the team through strong mastery of digital tools and processes
Your responsibilities:
- Administrative management "” mail, diaries, participant registrations, file follow-up
- Logistical coordination "” organisation of workshops, rooms, videoconferences
- Microsoft 365 tools "” managing workflows via Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel and Forms daily
Support for programme platforms "” feeding and monitoring internal digital tools (LMS, CRM, reporting)
Participant interface "” telephone reception and guidance of executives enrolled in the programme
Communication "” drafting letters, preparing documents and presentation materials
Your profile:
- Commercial training or equivalent, with at least 5 years’ experience in a similar administrative role
- High digital proficiency: advanced mastery of Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, Forms) "” essential
- Openness to new technologies: curiosity about AI, collaborative tools and digital platforms
- Agile mindset, ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt quickly to changes
- Autonomy, rigour, strong organisational skills and process follow-up
- Excellent interpersonal skills, discretion and service orientation in a multi-stakeholder environment
- Very good written French; English is an asset
