For a modern and value-oriented healthcare network that provides comprehensive nursing and care services for seniors, we are seeking an empathetic and strong leadership personality to head the Care and Nursing Department.

Your Responsibilities
- Professional and organisational leadership: You bear full responsibility for a committed team and lead the department with expertise, empathy, and strategic foresight. You ensure that the care and support of 33 residents is always maintained at the highest level.
- Staff development and promotion: You support around 17 employees in their professional and personal development. You recognise individual strengths and specifically foster the potential of each team member to sustainably strengthen motivation and team cohesion.
- Clear and appreciative communication: You ensure open and transparent information exchange within the department and with the overall organisation, thereby promoting constructive collaboration and contributing to a positive working atmosphere.
- Proactive shaping and promotion of innovation: You actively contribute new ideas and help optimise processes and structures. Additionally, you take responsibility for future-oriented projects that secure and improve the quality of care in the long term.
- Ensuring care quality and documentation: You guarantee consistently high care quality and ensure careful care planning and documentation (BESA), while ensuring compliance with and further development of all relevant care standards.
Our Requirements
- Training: You have completed training as a certified nursing professional HF or FH, providing the professional foundation for competent leadership.
- Professional expertise: You have solid experience in long-term care, preferably with a focus on gerontology, equipping you well to successfully lead and develop the department.
- Leadership experience: You have already led teams and ideally completed further training in leadership or management. This enables you to support, promote, and motivate your employees effectively.
- Personal profile: With your warm and humorous manner, high social competence, and strong team spirit, you are a valued leader who guides the team empathetically and clearly.
- Innovative spirit and openness: You are open to new ideas and willing to actively shape processes. Your commitment to pursuing innovative approaches and initiating change distinguishes you.
- Digital competence: You are confident in handling IT systems and ideally have experience with BESA documentation to efficiently support care processes.
- Linguistic skills: You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written, and communicate clearly and effectively within the team and with all stakeholders.
