We are looking to recruit a Finance & Accounting Specialist (M/F)

Mission:

Within a financial team, you will be responsible for the accounting management of several entities and actively contribute to the modernisation of financial processes.

Your main tasks will be as follows:

• Ensure the general and analytical accounting of several companies.
• Participate in periodic closings as well as the preparation of financial reports.
• Contribute to budget monitoring and financial analyses.
• Participate in the group consolidation work.
• Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory obligations.
• Collaborate on projects to transform tools and working methods.
• Participate in the improvement, standardisation and documentation of financial processes.
• Act as a link between business needs and technical teams within IT projects.
• Support the various stages of ERP evolution: configuration, testing, validation and deployment.
• Contribute to initiatives for digitalisation and automation of financial activities.

Profile

• Federal diploma in finance and accounting or equivalent training.
• Proven experience in a responsible accounting role.
• Mastery of accounting, financial mechanisms and reporting.
• Strong affinity for ERP environments and digital tools.
• Experience as a key user, business referent or participant in an ERP project.
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
• Rigorous, structured and autonomous working method.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders.
• Strong interest in continuous improvement and process optimisation.
