About the job

In nine municipalities in the Leimental region, we offer inpatient and outpatient care and support services. This offering is complemented by the possibility of semi-inpatient stays in the senior day and night centre. The Blumenrain Foundation is shaped by around 300 employees who act independently in the interest of the community. Your tasks:

You are part of a flexible care pool and support our inpatient locations as needed. You are deployed where short-term support is required. We are flexible regarding the workload. Whether fixed or on call, we accommodate your wishes.

Your profile:

• Completed training in the care sector (HF, FAGE, AGS, SRK care assistant)
• Willingness for flexible working hours and different places of deployment
• Sense of responsibility and an independent working style
• Good written and spoken German skills
