Sales Manager (M/F/N)

You are capable of supporting, developing and inspiring a sales team while actively contributing to the growth of a well-known organisation in the world of sport, wellness and premium leisure.

Responsibilities

• You support, coach and develop the skills of your team on a daily basis.
• You create a positive and unifying dynamic around commercial objectives.
• You analyse performance, identify areas for improvement and implement effective action plans.
• You contribute to increasing sales and acquiring new clients and partners.
• You participate in customer retention and implement actions to limit cancellations.
• You represent a model of commercial excellence and also intervene on the ground when necessary.
• You work closely with management to support business development.

Candidate Profile

• You have 2 to 5 years of experience in a commercial role.
• Experience in the sport, fitness, wellness or services sectors is an asset.
• You have already demonstrated your ability to manage, motivate or support a team.
• You possess a true leadership temperament and know how to unite around common goals.
• You are fluent in French (C1) and English (C1).
• You show energy, enthusiasm and a strong spirit of conquest.
• You are results-oriented and enjoy fast-paced environments.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and a keen sense of customer service.
