Responsibilities

• Store manager or branch manager – two titles, one mission: the same tasks, the same responsibility. Are you ready to advance your sales point together with your team? Then you are exactly right with us.
• You know: If you support and motivate your employees, you and your team will successfully implement the sales promotion measures.
• Our demanding customers are thrilled by how competently and courteously you advise them.
• You ensure optimal inventory management and that your sales point makes shopping enjoyable.
• Your daily tasks? You create the staff deployment plan including cost control and take over branch administration.

Requirements

• You excel in sales and have leadership experience? Then you are right with us.
• Your professional training in the field of jewellery has made you a technical expert. You are business competent due to further training.
• You speak German very well – both spoken and written.
• Office programmes? No problem for you.
• Several years of experience in the industry? That convinces us.
