IT Helpdesk Engineer (m/f/d)

1st and 2nd level support via telephone and ticket system including remote support
Carrying out maintenance according to SLA as well as installing updates on servers and end devices
Operation, configuration and installation of networks, telephony and WLAN access points
Support in the areas of IT infrastructure, security and operations
Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
Qualifications:
Completed training or further education in the field of computer science
Experience with Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace
Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11, especially deployment, rollout and administration
Experience with Microsoft Hyper-V
Good knowledge of Microsoft RDS as well as Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops
Very good German language skills both spoken and written
