Role:

Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive portfolio management: You independently manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties, ensuring smooth administration and maintenance
- Contract management and tenant relations: Your tasks include drafting, negotiating, and concluding rental agreements as well as conducting viewings, inspections, and handovers
- Ensuring property maintenance: You coordinate and monitor all maintenance measures to preserve the value of the properties and maintain close contact with craftsmen and caretakers
- Organisation of meetings: You prepare, lead, and follow up on condominium owners’ meetings and handle the resolutions passed
- Tenant and owner support: You are the first point of contact for owners, tenants, and authorities, ensuring all concerns are handled professionally and promptly
- Management of property accounting: You prepare annual financial statements, carry out heating and ancillary cost accounting, and monitor the financial situation of the properties
- Participation in property strategies: You actively contribute to the development and implementation of property strategies in coordination with the owners
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial basic training: You have a solid foundation in the commercial field, which you successfully apply in property management
- Several years of professional experience: Ideally, you have several years of experience in property management and are well acquainted with the requirements of this profession
- Property manager with professional certificate: A completed further education as a property manager with a federal professional certificate is an advantage and demonstrates your commitment to the profession
- Teamwork and leadership skills: You are capable of leading and motivating a small team and appreciate collaboration with other departments
- Fluent German skills: Your communication skills in spoken and written German are excellent, and you present yourself confidently and convincingly
