Our client is looking for an experienced and committed Human Resources specialist who enjoys taking on responsibility and actively shaping the further development of the company.
At the location in Lucerne, you can expect a varied field of activity where you independently manage your own area of responsibility and can influence both operationally and strategically. You act as a competent contact person for managers and employees and contribute significantly to a positive corporate culture with your expertise.
- Support of a defined area in personnel-related issues
- Independent implementation of operational HR processes without payroll administration
- Active participation in cross-departmental HR projects
- Offering advice to employees on labour law questions
- Several years of professional experience in operational HR processes
- Knowledge from medium-sized companies, ideally in industry or HVAC sector
- Independent working style combined with team orientation and resilience
- Active involvement in HR projects with a hands-on mentality desired
- Progressive employment conditions
- Guaranteed hybrid or home office work
- At least 5 weeks of holiday
