Workshop Managers / Supervisors (M/F)

As part of several opportunities with our clients, key players in the Geneva watchmaking and industrial sector, we are looking for Workshop Managers / Supervisors (M/F) with solid experience in managing technical teams.

Your responsibilities

• Managing and supporting technical or production teams;
• Organising and coordinating the activities of a workshop or a sector;
• Monitoring performance and operational objectives;
• Supporting and developing employees’ skills;
• Identifying and implementing improvement actions;
• Resolving operational issues in collaboration with field teams;
• Coordinating with various technical contacts and support functions;
• Participating in various projects related to the evolution of activities and processes.

Your profile

• Higher technical education in an industrial field or equivalent training;
• Proven experience in managing teams within an industrial environment;
• Background in one or more areas such as production, machining, mechanics, quality, methods or industrialisation;
• Good understanding of the challenges related to managing and improving the performance of an industrial activity;
• Comfortable with monitoring tools and professional IT environments;
• Ability to operate in demanding and constantly evolving technical organisations.

Your qualities

A hands-on manager, you have a natural leadership and know how to unite teams with varied profiles and levels of expertise. Your listening skills, humility and adaptability allow you to establish a trusting relationship with your colleagues.

Rigorous, organised and solution-oriented, you know how to take a step back from encountered issues and support your teams in achieving common goals.
