Your area of responsibility

• You are the first point of contact at the reception of Angiology and are responsible for the daily business. This includes appointment coordination, call-up management, the telephone switchboard, patient reception as well as handling internal and external correspondence
• The general report creation of the department is also part of your versatile area of responsibility. You work closely with the medical team
• You competently handle patient enquiries as well as internal and external concerns and coordinate appointments across departments.

Your experience

• You have completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant or as a Health Specialist EFZ with additional training as a Medical Secretary
• You work reliably, structured and precisely and keep an overview even in a lively working environment
• With your open, communicative and eager-to-learn manner, you actively contribute to the team and respond flexibly to changes
