Senior Project Manager – Heavy Industry (M/F)

You are an engineer by training and wish to progress in a demanding industrial environment, where managing complex technical projects is at the heart of your profession?

Our client, a renowned Swiss industrial player, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead technical projects aimed at demanding sectors such as naval, defence and heavy industry.

Your responsibilities

• Manage complex industrial projects from A to Z.
• Coordinate engineering, production, purchasing teams, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Ensure monitoring of costs, deadlines, quality and risks.
• Be the main point of contact for clients throughout the projects.
• Participate in cost estimations and preparation of technical offers.
• Guarantee the compliance of deliverables and respect of contractual requirements.
• Provide regular reporting to management.

Your profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical training.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial project management.
• Experience gained in special machines, mechanical construction, heavy industrial equipment, lifting equipment, overhead cranes, cranes, port or offshore equipment.
• Strong technical background and experience in managing multidisciplinary projects.
• Excellent coordination, communication and client relationship skills.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Availability for occasional travel.
