On behalf of one of our clients, a high-end establishment, we are looking for a Receptionist (M/F).

Your future responsibilities:

• You will offer each client a warm and refined welcome, taking into account their expectations from the moment they arrive.
• You will facilitate clients' procedures by responding to their requests for information and directing them to the appropriate contacts or services.
• You will ensure a smooth handling of clients by coordinating appointments, arrivals and departures.
• You will provide attentive follow-up of requests so that each client benefits from the necessary information and support.
• You will anticipate clients' needs and propose suitable solutions to contribute to the quality of the client experience.
• You will contribute to clients' comfort by ensuring the impeccable presentation and upkeep of the reception area.
• You will preserve clients' trust by handling their requests and information with the utmost discretion.
• You will convey a professional and polished image of the establishment through the quality of your interactions and each of your interventions.

Your profile:

• You have proven experience in a reception role within a high-end environment, ideally in luxury hospitality, aviation or VIP services.
• You have an excellent appearance and express yourself with ease, clarity and precision.
• You demonstrate listening skills, tact and particular attention to the needs of your interlocutors.
• You are proactive and know how to anticipate requests to provide appropriate responses.
• You are organised and manage several requests simultaneously with calm and efficiency.
• You show discretion and strictly respect the confidentiality of information.
• You have a perfect command of French and ideally English or other languages.
