Customer Advisor Daily Sickness Benefits (m/f/d)
Your contributions:
- Independent claims processing in the area of personal insurance (loss of earnings under VVG / KVG) for the assigned contracts of our corporate customers
- Active handling as well as obtaining and reviewing medical reports, progress reports and expert opinions
- Providing written, telephone and personal information and advice to insured persons, insurers, lawyers and other stakeholders
- Recording claims notifications and changes
- Preparing monthly daily sickness benefit statements
- Case discussions with the responsible contacts
- Maintaining electronic files
Your profile:
- You have successfully completed your commercial training.
- You have gained at least 2 years of professional experience in an insurance company or in the medical field. Ideally, you already have direct experience in claims processing.
- You are characterised by an independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working as well as a high awareness of quality.
- You are highly communicative and possess both negotiation skills and assertiveness.
- Your German is excellent both spoken and written. Knowledge of English, French and/or Italian is an advantage.
- You are flexible and a team player.
