Employee in Property Management (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF80,000 - 85,000Role:
The company is a Swiss real estate service provider supporting owners in the professional management, letting and further development of their properties.
The environment is personal and entrepreneurial, combining real estate expertise with commercial, financial and organisational tasks. Employees are in direct contact with owners, tenants, craft partners, authorities and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Handling administrative tasks related to the property portfolio.
Supporting the property managers with all tasks within the team.
Participation in rental contract management (creation, amendments, adjustments).
Processing orders and invoices.
Assisting with apartment inspections and handovers.
Close collaboration with the property managers and involvement in projects.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial training or equivalent educational background.
Interest in real estate and motivation to develop further in this field.
Curiosity, willingness to learn and team spirit.
Structured, reliable and communicative working style.
Confident use of MS Office and openness to new digital technologies (e.g. automation, digital processes, AI).
