Responsibilities

• In this responsible position, you supervise construction processes, realise our construction projects and are responsible for cost and schedule planning. Furthermore, you are the contact person for our partner companies.

Requirements

• Completed training as a bricklayer, carpenter, sanitary/heating installer or electrical fitter
• Further training as a construction manager
• Experience in construction management or a comparable position
• Independent and conscientious
• Enjoyment in customer contact
• Remain calm and maintain an overview even in hectic situations
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
