Your missions

• Lead, organise, coordinate and develop the general internal medicine service within a multidisciplinary service
• Ensure the organisation of quality care for patients in the internal medicine service
• Set and evaluate objectives for members of the medical team
• Ensure and participate in quality training of assistant physicians (certification in general medicine in category A)
• Carry out quantitative and qualitative monitoring of activity while ensuring the medico-economic balance of the service
• Develop the outpatient activity of the service
• Engage in projects to improve processes and patient care
• Ensure a supportive environment towards colleagues and demonstrate exemplary behaviour

Your profile

• Swiss medical diploma or equivalent recognised title
• FMH specialist title in internal medicine
• Experience as a senior physician in a medical service or department, desired
• Management training or interest in undertaking such training
• Advanced competence in hospital internal medicine including intermediate care
• Other certification (POCUS, CAS, etc.), an advantage
• Diplomas and titles registered in the medical professions register (MedReg)

• Teaching skills in the education and supervision of trainees, assistant physicians and senior residents
