Job description:

As part of its development in French-speaking Switzerland, Patriarche Architectes SA is looking for a Project Lead Architect to join its Eysins office and participate in the development of varied and ambitious projects.

In this context, your main tasks will be:

• Develop and coordinate architectural projects, from the design phase to the initial stages of realisation.
• Prepare and submit building permit applications.
• Manage relationships with clients, authorities, specialised offices and other stakeholders.
• Produce plans, technical details and documents necessary for tenders.
• Present projects to clients, partners and administrations.
• Analyse technical issues and provide regular reporting to management.
• Actively participate in the team’s dynamics and development.

You will work on diverse projects in the following areas:

• Housing
• Hospitality
• Offices and administrative buildings
• Industry

Profile sought:

• Architectural degree from EPF, HES or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in French-speaking Switzerland.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Proven experience with SIA phases 31, 32, 33 and 41.
• Knowledge of SIA phases 51 and 52 is an asset.
• Experience in project development and managing building permit files.
• Good knowledge of SIA standards and local practice.
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
• You are recognised for your autonomy, rigour and organisational skills.
• You can analyse technical issues and propose appropriate solutions.
• You enjoy teamwork and have excellent interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
