ICT Supporter (m/f/d)
Role:
You are looking for a new challenge as an IT specialist and already have experience in this field. In this role, you take on responsible tasks and contribute to solving complex problems. You are responsible for the development and implementation of solutions and work closely with others to achieve common goals. Your professional experience level and skills as an IT specialist enable you to understand and optimise complex systems. You are ready to apply your skills and take on new challenges.
Responsibilities:
- You support the local ICT helpdesk in collaboration and support
- In this role, you advise users on software and hardware issues
- As an IT specialist, you are responsible for the maintenance and management of the ICT infrastructure
- You support the maintenance and management of the central ICT server environment
- In this role, you accompany ICT projects as a sub-project or project manager
- You coordinate collaboration with external ICT partners and service providers
Qualifications:
- You have completed training as an IT specialist or ICT professional EFZ with several years of professional experience
- You have experience supporting Microsoft operating systems and good hardware knowledge
- You have good network knowledge and experience with IT projects
- You work independently, in a structured manner, and are a communicative team player
- You are resilient, responsible, and flexible
- You enjoy working in an environment with people who require support
